If divine grace is truly unconditional, what is the primary duty of a spiritual seeker? - [The Selfless Love of the Gopis for Shri Krishna](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/the-selfless-love-of-the-gopis-for-shri-krishna/): Madhurya Bhav, or Gopi Prem, represents the ultimate form of selfless devotion, where a devotee's sole motivation is the absolute happiness of Shri Krishna\. This ideal is famously illustrated by the Gopis willingly offering the dust of their feet to cure Krishna's illness, accepting any personal consequence or suffering so long as He was relieved of pain\. - [Significance of Sharad Poornima](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/significance-of-sharad-poornima/): Of all the festivals that have existed since eternity, or will exist in the future, the crest jewel of all these festivals is the festival of Sharad Poornima\. Why is this festival so special? It is on this night that Lord Shri Krishna performed the ‘Maharaas\.’ To understand its significance, we look at the terms involved: One is ‘Ras’, Another is ‘Raas’\. And yet another is ‘Maharaas\.’ ‘Ras’ signifies the divine essence, and in this context, it refers to God Himself—Shri Krishna, the embodiment of ‘Ras\.’ This is declared in the Vedas\. When Lord Krishna bestows the essence of all ‘Ras’ upon individual souls, it is referred to as ‘Raas\.’ However, when He engages in ‘Raas’ with countless Gopis, it is elevated to the realm of ‘Maharaas\.’ - [Significance of Gopashtami](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/significance-of-gopashtami/): Gopashtami is one of the most divine and blissful festivals among all the pastimes of Shri Krishna\. On this day, the Supreme Lord Shri Krishna began the divine pastime of herding cows in Braj for the very first time\. The connection between Lord Krishna and cows is profound and integral to His divine identity\. The Gochāran Leela, where Shri Krishna grazes the cows in the lush pastures of Vrindavan, is a cherished theme in the poems and writings of rasik saints\. Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj beautifully describes this divine scene in one of his poems in his signature literary work “Prem Ras Madira\.” ## Testimonials - [Khushwant Singh](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/testimonials/khushwant-singh/) - [Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/testimonials/yoga-guru-baba-ramdev/) - [His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/testimonials/his-holiness-sri-sri-ravi-shankar/) - [Narendra Modi](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/testimonials/narendra-modi/) ## News - [President of India Visits Prem Mandir, Established by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/news/president-of-india-visits-prem-mandir-established-by-jagadguru-shri-kripalu-ji-maharaj/) - [Nurturing the Mind and Body At Once: Get to Know Jagadguru Kripalu Ji's Unparalleled Vedic Wisdom](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/news/nurturing-the-mind-and-body-at-once-get-to-know-jagadguru-kripalu-jis-unparalleled-vedic-wisdom/) - [Sharad Purnima Special: The mission behind Jagadguru Kripalu Ji's Appearance](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/news/sharad-purnima-special-the-mission-behind-jagadguru-kripalu-jis-appearance/) - [शरद पूर्णिमा विशेष: क्या था जगद्गुरु कृपालु जी के जन्म का उद्देश्य ?](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/news/शरद-पूर्णिमा-विशेष-क्या-थ/) - [भक्ति मंदिर में शरद पूर्णिमा का भव्य उत्सव: भक्ति, आनंद और आध्यात्मिक जागृति का अद्वितीय संगम](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/news/भक्ति-मंदिर-में-शरद-पूर्ण/) ## Popups - [Thank\-you](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/?post_type=popup&p=27705) - [Translate Hindi](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/?post_type=popup&p=18841) - [Translate](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/?post_type=popup&p=15488) - [Example: Auto\-opening announcement popup](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/?post_type=popup&p=15487) ## Popup Themes - [Default Theme](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/?post_type=popup_theme&p=15479) - [Light Box](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/?post_type=popup_theme&p=15480) - [Enterprise Blue](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/?post_type=popup_theme&p=15481) - [Hello Box](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/?post_type=popup_theme&p=15482) - [Cutting Edge](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/?post_type=popup_theme&p=15483) ## Categories - [All Blogs](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/category/all-blogs/) - [Bhakti](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/category/bhakti/) ## Tags - [English](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/tag/english/) - [Hindi](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/tag/hindi/) - [ANI\+Zeennews\+200](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/tag/anizeennews200/) - [Republic World](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/tag/republic-world/) - [ANI\+BS\+200 \- English](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/tag/anibs200-english/) ## Category - [All](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/news-category/all/) ## Optional - [Sitemap index](https://jagadgurukripalujimaharaj.org.in/sitemap_index.xml)
